Default CSL options #12

Now that we're generating references instead of citations, we don't need to focus on non-numeric ones. We should set citeStyleOptions to reflect our bundled styles, and we should default to Chicago. We can also discuss here whether we want to rethink which styles we bundle with the client.

Ok, I've updated style options to the ones bundled with the client and set chicago-author-date to be the default one.

Do we still consider changing styles bundled with the client?

We can go with harvard-cite-them-right instead of elsevier-harvard here, as per adamsmith's recommendation, and we can make that change in the client later.
