Check for EPUB encryption if parsing fails; error if we find it
Import _other.scss again
- Update .error-bar style
- Remove #drag-multi style that I assume we don't want, since we weren't importing that file

That's a good catch! We actually need it. I was wondering why there is no icon when dragging multiple annotations.

Otherwise it looks good!
