Please post all support requests to the Zotero Forums.
You have Tampermonkey installed, which can break some webpages when installed along with the Zotero Connector. We identified the problem and reported it to them but never heard back. Since Tampermonkey isn't open-source, we can't debug it further, so you'll need to contact them for help.

Deactivated tamper monkey extension and activated Zotero plugin, still got the same failure notice. Tampermonkey doesn't seem to be the issue here.
Disable all other browser extensions, restart Zotero, and try again.
If the problem still happens, close Safari, open Zotero, update to version 6.0.21 via Help → Check for Updates, and then restart Safari.
If it still occurs, we'd want to see a Zotero Connector Debug ID for reloading the page and reproducing the problem.

That doesn't show reloading the page.

Hello,
I'm experiencing a bug when trying to send a mail through my university webmailer when having this extension activated in safari. Every time I write a mail and I try to send it, it fails, saying it's having issues connecting to the server:
As you can see, the plugin is activated and I get a failure notice.
However, when I deactivate the plugin in the safari settings, everything works as usual:
Let me know if you need any more information about the webmailer, I have no idea of computer science so I don't know what might be important and what isn't.
Best regards, David
