Translator list empty when click "Load" #1

Reported by email: "I'm having some problems with the load function: I just see an empty list when I click the load button. Is that a known issue?" (Zotero 2.1.10, Firefox 7.0.1, and Scaffold 3.0 on MacOS 10.6.8)

This definitely happens when Zotero is missing or broken, but in this case Zotero is working.

I think Scaffold 3.0 requires Zotero 3.0 beta.

Confirmed fix. I think Rintze or Sebastian ran into this earlier, too, although I don't recall why 2.1.x doesn't work.

I've updated the docs accordingly.
