To avoid review issues with Mozilla after signing, modules.py should probably add a property to modules.json that says "Generated from [path to raw version of framework file at specific commit] with uglify [version number] using [uglify command line used]". Where minified files are present, Mozilla likes having exact steps to recreate the minified file.
