While https://github.com/zotero/scaffold/issues/34 restores compatibility with Zotero 5.0 code, it's much harder to set up, since we're no longer building XPIs of Zotero.
I suspect we can get Scaffold working with the standalone client pretty easily, mostly just by adding a <browser> or <iframe> to the right-hand column and making the "Active Tab URL" textbox load a URL into it.
