This avoids that the targetAll and hiddenPrefs
parameters are deleted in Scaffold, when opening a
translator which has set them.
The information is currently saved as hidden nodes,
because these parameters currently don't occur. But
we need the targetAll for the LexisNexis translator
and possibly more to come.
