XMLSerializer is not defined #27

./translate_search 10.2307/4486062 gets data from DataCite instead of Crossref, which fails with XMLSerializer is not defined.

It looks like XMLSerializer is used in 4 translators:

We could probably get rid of it if it's hard to make available here, but these are important translators.
