Remove authority information in Primo translator #3295

Austrian libraries may add authority data at the end of the author name, prefixed with $$0; e.g. https://katalog.wu.ac.at/primo-explore/fulldisplay?docid=WUW_alma2174645960003337&vid=WUW&showPnx=true
