We should do this ASAP.

We only make one request per save, no matter how many search results are selected (see lookupPMCIDs()). No reason not to asyncify but I don't think our current scrape routine is especially likely to get people blocked.

The issue could be that we're downloading too many PDFs too quickly, but that wouldn't be up to the translator.
