SingleFile in Safari does not load deferred images #400

I've tried changing the deferredImageLoad config options in the SingleFile config for Safari but it won't work. Since gildas does not release the plugin on Safari, I guess such edge cases don't get as much testing.

Fixed on master https://github.com/zotero/zotero-connectors/commit/013d1c544e896e17b08d282c994699b75f7015a5 and rebased
