If I open a local PDF, the save button shows the gray page icon, but it doesn't do anything. If I switch tabs and switch back, it correctly shows the disabled state (which is now clearer after https://github.com/zotero/zotero-connectors/commit/fff6d6c31a7f93ea8df66558b507eab34c17d63c).
