A notification comment for doc editors without the Connector

If users without the Connector copy citations the links between them break.

This document contains active Zotero citations. Be sure to install the Zotero Connector before editing (https://www.zotero.org/download/)

Insert as comment on first character, hide for own users.

Might be able to intercept the network call to Google and change the inserting user to Zotero and add a Zotero icon in place of the profile one.
Will need a cross-localization detection mechanism to prevent duplicate insertions. If we can achieve above then it should not be a problem.
Needs to be disabled when unlinking citations, which will require some awful UI interactions to pull off.
Will cause a jarring jump to the start of the doc on first citation insert. Might be able to jump back, but that is not a certainty.
