Have an item with a PDF attachment and a snapshot attachment (e.g. https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/10379145)
Switch quickly back and forth between the two attachments a few times using the arrow keys, then stop on one of them

Attachment preview will show the wrong attachment some of the time.
