Bibliography sometimes doesn't update after a manual change #256

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick "Modern Language Association 8th edition" as citations style
  2. Crete an entry using manual editor, set title to foo click "Done"
  3. Open newly-created entry for edit, change title to bar, click "Done".

What happens:

In the bibliography, item is still cited as foo instead of bar. This only happens in some citation styles.
