Use descriptive names for localized string keys for features section #284

E.g., zbib.about.feature2.paragraph → zbib.about.manualEntry.title

If we rearrange the order, we wouldn't want to have to change the string keys, nor would we want to use them out of their numerical order. So we should just use descriptive keys and set the order in the code.
