Set wmtrace from config file + add configuration to disable console output #3

Read the location of wmtrace log from configuration (the default is as before $CWD/priv/wmtrace). Additionally I added a new config option to disable console output about opening and closing logs. The default has changed to disable console output. Corresponding changes in Zotonic will follow.
