實作上以商品上架時間(product.publish_time)為準 上架時間是指商品第一次從儲存狀態轉為上架狀態的時間

Note: 測時時發現有些商品是在增加 publish_time 前就存在的, 這些商品的 publish_time 就為空, 這些商品就會呈現無規則排序, 但考量正式機上大部分有意義的商品都是在推出 publish_time 以後才上架的, 所以這個排序指標應該在大部分情況下仍然準確
