sqlite-sqlcipher windows build #1

hi, sqlite3-sqlcipher repo doesn't have issues tab, so writing here )

building on windows fails as the libcrypto on windows is not libcrypto.a but libcrypto.lib also it's better to copy than to symlink, symlink requires admin permissions on windows.

could you please fix the gyp file to get it to build on windows too?
