Internal server port use is not documented in Zowe docs, use case not fully clear.
https://${zowe.externalDomain[0]}:${zowe.externalPort}/gateway/api/v1/auth/keys/public/current: calling this endpoint from ZSS is reportedly resulting in a HTTP 500
This setting is by default present in the default zowe.yaml disabled. Is it relevant for most installations to be there?

Steps to Reproduce

Enable internal port server in zowe.yaml (components.gateway.server.internal to true)

Expected behavior

Feature should be documented, perhaps cross submit an issue in docs-site
There should be no error when retrieving the public key from ZSS.

The feature was initially discussed in https://github.com/zowe/api-layer/issues/857

This port was intentional for use within the HA setups, but from what we see, I don't think that it is used. Should we document it or remove it going forward or at least not implement it for the SCG in V3.

We should remove the support for internal port with V3, unless there is strong need from someone.
