Allow changing of maxtask on region #47

Currently the tree shows ManagedRegion. MAXTASK is an attribute on the CICS region table however.

Possible Design Have "Show Managed Attributes" and also "Show Region Attributes" to allow opening of the attributes page for each of the base tables.
