Investigate why activation of the CICS extension fails on some Operating Systems #55

The CICS extension does not create a CICS view on a Windows machine. Investigate why this is happening and which operating systems/platforms are affected.

This issue could not be replicated on a new Windows VM and could potentially be an issue with a local setup so more investigation will be needed. This issue will be considered a low priority item unless more users encounter a similar issue.

The CICS extension works out of the box on virtualized Windows (including the secrets-sdk) 😋
