Update the CICS Zowe png file to be the current CICS Graphic #66

The graphic is using an old CICS logo.
We have been told there is a newer graphic, so this issue is to track getting the newer graphic and creating a new overlay with the Zowe icon and updating the one used in the marketplace branding
