Description

The XMEM server setup changes once PR https://github.com/zowe/zowe-install-packaging/pull/1551 is merged. This is slated for v1.14.

We no longer create a copy of SZWEAUTH and use SWEAUTH in the started task STEPLIB.
We no longer require the creation of a PARMLIB. The default is to use the existing SZWESAMP dataset as PARMLIB.
