Scrub docops and zowe docs for all instances of Prerequisites to Software Requirements.

Core and all plug-ins.

Review content that refers to it and changes as needed. For example:

Review the Prerequisites .... Change to Ensure that your PC meets the minimum software requirements <- link to SW req's.
