the phrase PC refers to personal computer, Zowe runs on macOS and Linux. When users read the doc, 'install on your PC" macOS users question 'how do i install on macOS.'

UX recommends changing from PC to computer,

Goal: Update zowe content by 094 release (11/27/18) Else: Fix when possible

All topics containing references to PC changed to computer. The content will be published the next time we merge doc-staging into the master.
