Use of Survey Monkey went well for 3Q2020 PI planning but there is room for improvement - we'd like a set of actions to do better
Enlist help of UX designer on best practices for questions
Establish a cadence for ZLC and squads to use Survey Monkey
Suggest squads accumulate questions for quarterly squad surveys? in cooperation with higher level ZLC surveys
Improve reach of surveys - to drive up participation

@nkocsis can you capture the need for survey creation in December PI Planning prep -

ZLC decided to close this - survey policy to be Jan and July for surveys.....
