Follow up on z box sizing with OMP/Vicom #24

Zowe team owes what sizing info we can to Vicom for z box proposal.

This task is complete. The recommendation is that given the lack of data on the workloads a single GCP to start with along with 3 IFLS allow for starting with the minimal investment. 512GB of memory and 4TB storage.
