Update xml2js dep and dev deps

TODO: Run system tests to verify that xml2js@0.5.0 doesn't break anything

This PR updates the xml2js dependency. It also updates dev deps to match the versions used in the Imperative repo so that npm audit passes, and updates Jest tests as needed.
