The PR includes:

rename/rebranded the name of the plug-in
reorganized content to be consistent with respect to structure (see the MQ plug-in)

Is there anything else to do on this PR? Looks like it's been open for 20 days. Just needs DCO signoff and review, I think.

fixed DCO and conflicts
