Test HTTPS Profile #76

Test that profiles that utilize HTTPS work in CICS against CMCI.

It appears that we indeed support HTTPS with basic auth. There is an option for CICS CMCI to authenticate via certificates, however that functionality does not exist in the imperative framework.

Issue is being closed, as it has been verified that HTTPS profiles are able to connect to CMCI using Basic Authentication.
