Change the name of the plugin and the GitHub site #95

I think this plugin is incorrectly named: "@zowe/cics-for-zowe-cli"

Indeed, it does not allow transactions to be executed in CICS, but just allows you to install resources in CICS, which moreover is only through the CICS CMCI interface.

I would suggest that this plugin be named after what it does, such as "@zowe/cics-cmci-for-zowe-cli".

Likewise, the name of the GitHub site should correspond to the functionality covered by the plugin and should be named "zowe-cli-cics-cmci-plugin" rather than "zowe-cli-cics-plugin".

Executing transactions is an enhancement that we can consider in the future. I believe that previous iteration of the plug-in used to allow for transaction execution over a /modify operation 😋

I'm afraid that changing package name may have to wait for a major Zowe release. However...

This enhancement has had no activity for 12 months. The issue also has less than 5 up-votes by the community. No action on this enhancement is targeted for the next 2 calendar quarters. Therefore, this enhancement is being closed. If you feel that this enhancement should continue to be available for community up-votes, you may reopen this issue.
