`findJobByID` does not return `spoolFiles` #156

Describe the bug

Viewing or listing spool files by job prints an error for active jobs, and execution stops for both commands.

Expected and actual results

Solutions in mind:

Viewing or listing spool files for an active job should return an empty list for FTP profiles
Print an FTP-specific warning when spool files are not accessible for an active job

Node.js and NPM versions installed (run node --version, npm --version): 20
Environment variables in use:
Operating system and version: Windows 10
