zowe files copy ds "HLQ.TEST.PS0" "HLQ.TEST.PS1" doesn't warn about potential data loss

Expected and actual results

To be warned/prompted (using the --replace flag maybe) in case the target/to dataset exists

• Zowe CLI version installed (run command zowe --version): 8.8.0
• Installed plug-ins and their version numbers (run command zowe plugins list --short): none
• Node.js and NPM versions installed (run node --version, npm --version): 20.18.0 & 10.8.2
• Environment variables in use: N/A
• Operating system and version: MacOS
• Shell/terminal (bash, cmd, powershell, etc...): zsh
• Daemon mode enabled or disabled: No
