Add sonar scans

This pull request adds sonar scans to pull requests and commits delivered to the main branch. The .github folder contains the Github Action and workflow scripts

There is one additional change made:

• Added a gradle folder in the project, which is used to bootstrap gradle on a local development environment rather than deploying it globally or checking in Gradle JARs to the repository.
