I can't edit USS files #107

Hi Team,

I can't edit USS files. I get an error when I try to make some changes there:

Failed to make For Mainframe\xxx.xx.x.xxx:10443\USS\u\KIRJU\beta\testproject\ISPPLIB\pe32act0.p273\ writable.

My file's attributes are:

But this file was created by me ( my userid is KIRJU).

Could you help to resolve this problem?
