Add date and time to JES Explorer #70

Like in Jobs console view, I want to be able to see the date and time of job submission/completion in JES Explorer NOTHINGJ: JOB01207 At 17.06.22, 17:48 - implement such date and time in JES Explorer

Also, the time of start and finish of the job should be as the exact time in the job's spool file both in console view and in tree view
