This updates the FTP extension to use sha256 instead of sha1 for hashing file contents (generating fake e-tags).

Changed the hashing algorithm for e-tag generation from sha1 to sha256. #2890
Reason: Hash collisions can occur when using the sha1 algorithm, so it was replaced to avoid collisions.
