Add function to allow user to delete old profiles after conversion

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Once a user converts from YAML based profiles to a JSON based configuration file, the old profiles remain on disk, and the old secured properties remain on the user's keyring.

Describe the solution you'd like

A function with multiple 'are you sure' prompts to handle deleting the old style profiles and secured credentials once the user is sure their converted configuration is correct and working.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Install Zowe CLI and run the conversion again with the delete flag set
• Manually delete the files from disk, and go into the keychain, deleting every secured property one by one while hoping not to accidentally delete the wrong thing
