iTerm(history): Add a copy-to-clipboard button for a command #3215

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The initial implementation of iTerms does not handle zowe-command-history via webviews.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, users are able to copy-to-clipboard a specific command from the webview hsitory 😋 Better yet, we could have a double-click action to execute the command directly form the webview into a iTerm.
