Create automated test on containerization artifact #2251

Description

Need to validate the containerization artifact we created defined in #2248.

Exit Criteria

  1. New playbook install-k8s-config.yml and install-helm.yaml should be created to install from sample Kubernetes spec files and Helm chart.
  2. New installation test case should be created.
  3. The test should be able to run on any Kubernetes cluster.
  4. The test should all pass with Marist Kubernetes we setup with #2132.
