z/OSMF Config Workflow - z/OSMF variable support #2264

As a Sysprog installing Zowe,
I want information supplied at install time to be available at configuration time so that I don't have to remember the information and re-enter it.

Details/notes
Uses existing z/OSMF variable structure.

Acceptance Criteria

Installation variables are auto-filled into z/OSMF configuration workflows for Zowe, where applicable.

It is applicable to z/OSMF PSWI and IZUD variables. We need to review the workflow to ensure it uses them where possible.
