explorer-mvs images are desynced from the explorer-mvs artifacts due to automation hiccups. We will resync them on next release, which should be 2.11. But the current state of 2.0.10 images and 2.0.9 pax artifacts is correct and represents the same build.

Skipping tests, will be re-run for RC2.
