org.zowe.zlux.zlux-core:3.0.0-V3.X-STAGING-ZLUX-CORE is not available. It was replaced with one existing v3 artifact

I spoke with @struga0258 , we're going to merge in the target zlux PR instead of changing the default artifact here from STAGING to a specific revision.

Because the missing artifact is back this PR doesn't make sense anymore.
