Zowe.org stopped collecting the Google Analytics information #853

At the 1st of July Google discontinued currently used Universal Analytics in favor of Google Analytics 4. As such there is no data collected for the zowe.org webpage.

The action is needed on the administrator part in the analytics.google.com to migrate to the Google Analytics 4.

The latest change allowed us again to get at least basic data but we still miss the information about the additional URL pieces such as what release was requested.

The change was made and we collect the basic info again.
