Update download.md for v1 EOS #950

Because V1 is EOS, it shouldn't be highlighted at the top of the page.

We have 3 sections where v1 shows up:

1) Download the latest version - I removed this 2) Docker tech preview - I removed this 3) List of all Zowe v1 releases at the bottom of the page - I kept this as the only v1 reference

This way, people can still download v1. But, it just reduces the visibility.
