Just added the options for launching ubuntu 14.04 VM's for when testing installers & upgraders .

Might be bests to also try a dist-upgrade on 12.04 & see how zpanel gets on.

This vagrant ok add support for 14.04 but currently zpanel will not work on it correctly. Still not tested and validated!

Which is why 14.04 is made available , so that it can be tested on and making zPanle compatible with it.

I'm sure there are other ways to test and develop for 14.04 & other versions | os's but from past tests envs I've had vagrant is by far the easiest and becoming more widely used - large companies etc.
