Demo-cube.c shows empty viewport in VS2010 #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the example in VS2010
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cube , see white background.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows7 64bit ,NVidia Quadro 4000

I can confirm this on ubuntu 12.04 with a Nvidia NVS 4200M graphics card 
running r225.

It has been fixed (temporarily) in the trunk by using 
gl_ModelViewProjectionMatrix.
It would be better to use our own model/view/projection but the mat4 code might 
be buggy.
