Program crashes during coverting process #1

Hello there,

I downloaded your program in the hopes of getting some of my shows on iTunes. I 
want to thank you for creating it but there is a problem. Whenever I get to the 
actual converting of songs, the program crashes and closes. I don't know why 
this is and I have tried different shows with the same result. The program will 
stay at the "CONVERTING" screen for five minutes and then crash. I am currently 
using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and iTunes 10.

I am having the same problem with Windows 7 Home 32-bit. Everything looks like 
it is working until I get to the actual converting process.
