E.g, if I search for League of Legends Highlights and then go to She-Hulk Breakdown it shows League of Legends titles

Steps to recreate: 1) search for lol video 2) click on it 3) search for she-hulk

seems like it's fixed. if it appears again, i will re-open.

the original issue is gone, now titles disappear randomly and appear after refreshing page

Yeah, YT constantly changes its page structure. Try again with 1.5.5
